Linden Beverage is a family owned business located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.  President, Ben R. Lacy III, fulfilled a lifetime dream when he, along with his wife and stepchildren, created the business in the early eighties.

Ben first developed a real fondness for the effervescent, non-alcoholic drink that his father, Dr. Ben R. Lacy, had spoken of so often, while attending Oxford as a Rhodes scholar.  Today, having been an apple grower for well over fifty years, Ben brings with him the desire and knowledge necessary to create an award winning beverage.  This delicious cider is now widely distributed under the Alpenglow brand and private label throughout the U.S., Canada and Virgin Islands.

Today, Lacy, along with his family and coworkers, continues to create with high quality in mind.  Using fresh-pressed apples and grapes, they make five delicious varieties of sparkling cider.  Each variety is available in champagne bottles of either 25.4 oz. or 6.3 oz.  These ciders do not contain any alcohol, preservatives, or added sugar.  Each bottle maintains a two-year shelf life, but they are consumed long before then!

Winners of Virginia Governor's New Product Award and Outstanding New Product at NASFT.  Both awards serve as reminders that our ciders are sure to please your palate - thus the motto, "The taste tells it all."
